Yes, you may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it with no penalty.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible.

If you entered an incorrect or auto-filled address, please contact us immediately or reply to your order confirmation email with the correct details.

Address changes can only be made within 24 hours of placing the order.


MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED

We carefully package all items to ensure safe delivery. However, in rare cases, damage may occur during shipping.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us and include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damaged product

Once reviewed, we will gladly send a free replacement at no additional cost.
